"I recently suffered a loss which required numerous documents to be sent. Agent Bianca Barbosa patiently answered all my questions regarding the claims process before connecting me directly to a claims agent. CSR Stephon assisted in both organizing and submitting my documents and receipts to the claims dept. "I was having differences with geico one night when magically a commercial for state farm came on the TV. It was almost like a message from a higher being. That higher being maybe God or aliens but either way it came in the nick of time. The very next day I went to a local state farm office in search of Jake but found Crystal instead. Which may I add is way more easier on the eyes than Jake. So came for Jake stayed for Crystal basically. To make a long story even longer... she saved me a ton of money on my insurance. So much money that I could finally take that trip to Amish country that I've been needing and wanting for so long. Unfortunately the people smelled weird so I cut my trip short but you know what they say... "when in Rome""

"I recently just switched over to Statefarm after Allstate misquoted me for car insurance and tried to scam me into staying with them after charging me for a quote that was incorrect. The agent that I spoke to at Statefarm, Sam, gave me a much better quote and has been nothing but patient and helpful every step of the way during this transition. I would highly recommend if anyone were to switch to Statefarm that they speak with him. He’s very knowledgeable and super nice. 10/10!!"
